Company History

New Look celebrated 40 years of fashion in 2009 after opening their first store in 1969 in Taunton and by 1988 had opened a store in France and by 1994 had opened its 200th store. Since then it has opened over 1000 stores and has grown rapidly with many celebrities becoming the face of New Look, with an ever growing customer base and new ranges each season it has also taken to the web and become on of the biggest online fashion retailers today. Also being recognised, winning many accolades including recently High Street Retailer Of The Year.

Delivery

Standard delivery will take between 2-4 working days and costs £3.95, next day delivery is available if you order before 7pm and costs £4.95. Alternatively New Look often provide free delivery using their New Look voucher codes.

Returns

If your purchase is not suitable and you wish to return it you can do so within 28 days and with your original receipt, you can return your items in store, via the post or using the Collect service. Refunds will be issued using the same method of the goods paid for and orders purchased using a voucher code will be refunded based on the promotional price.
