Company History

Boden was founded in 1991, initially with only 8 menswear products and a year on from that they added womenswear to their range. Years later they extended it further by adding Mini Boden their kidswear range to the brand. In 1999 they launched their online UK store and in 2004 they launched their first retail store in Hanger Lane, London. Since then Boden have grown considerably launching in other countries such as America, Germany and Austria.

Delivery

Standard Delivery at Boden is £4 and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, alternatively there is a premium delivery service which costs £6 and will take 2-3 working days or Express delivery service which takes 1-2 days and costs £8. Boden often send out Boden voucher codes and free delivery codes so be sure to keep an eye out for those.

Returns

Boden offer a no quibble return policy and you have up to 3 months to return or exchange an item if it is not suitable for you. Sale items works slightly differently and you have 7 working days to return your item from receipt of delivery. Refunds will be issues using the same method of the goods paid for and orders purchased using a voucher code will be refunded based on the promotional price.
