Tried to lower the temp but kept blowing out hot air. Not a very good nights sleep at all and useless pillows. Will not stay again

Very understandable and helpful staff. We arrived very tired and too early for a check in. A staff managed to get our room ready a bit earlier. Very clean and tidy room. With an air conditioner - will be perfect for hot summer days! :)
